Corporate Social Responsibility
At Sigaram Hospitality, Corporate Social Responsibility is an in-built process. As we continue to grow and explore new sectors, it becomes important to focus on socially and ethically responsible business practices, and giving back to society. We encourage positive impact through our activities on employees, environment, consumers, communities and stakeholders.
- We recruit a part of our staff from hearing and speech impaired institutions. After intense training sessions in various hospitality-related processes, these individuals are smoothly absorbed in to our workforce.
- We employ a part of our staff from financially challenged, remote/interior villages. Our specialized training programs help them meet industry expectations as skilled personnel. Apart from a major moral boost, this vastly improves the quality of living in these areas.
